- If approved, we’ll share return instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products from this category are eligible for exchange.

- Sealed package condition.

- Any visible damage.

- Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement.
For damaged/incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.
