Hassle-Free Returns (Within 3 Days)

Return Conditions:

  • Must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video required as proof of condition.
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customer covers return shipping.

How to Request a Return:

  2. If approved, we’ll share return instructions.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles
  • Hair Accessories

Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products from this category are eligible for exchange.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll replace it.

Steps to Request an Exchange:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video before opening the package, clearly showing:
    • Sealed package condition.
    • Product inside.
    • Any visible damage.
  2. Email us within 3 days at gladsomeofficial@gmail.com with the video and order number.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement.

For damaged/incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.
